Nick, was always a jolly guy, who loved nature. He loved helping out the homeless people that lived in the block, he would cook for them and provide blankets. Unfortunately with the pandemic and losing everything from house, job and girlfriend Nick fell into deep depression which he seek help for at Harbor-UCLA. On Oct 2019 nick was in the hospital due to not feeling well with his mental illness and had an episode and was shot 9 times by LASD while in the hospital while being treated for mental health. My heart broke because I thought my brother would be out of danger being in a hospital. I never imaged that anything like would of happened. Nick battled for 1 month and his body was no longer able to handle the severe trauma.
